Overall, my experience with the service department was positive. However, when I picked up my vehicle, the steering wheel and door handles were dirty, as if the person who rotated the tires was also the same person who drove it to the parking space. When I arrived home and cleaned these areas with a cleaning solution, the paper towel was left noticeably dirty. This was not the first time that this has happened. Were it not for this, I would have given a 5-star rating.

Today I waited 25 minutes for someone to help me. And that was after I was told by one of the guys to go inside. Then at checkout was given someone else’s car paperwork. I didn’t notice till once I was home.

Multiple discount coupons were sent to me but I could only use one per your personnel. That limitation is not listed anywhere and it limited the services that I could have used on the truck. Reconsider the use of coupons and you will get more business!!!

After several days, they finally responded with a general email asking me about what kind of vehicle I might be interested in and when was I planning on purchasing. Didn't answer any question or provide any information that I requested. Didn't give me any information about the car they had listed which I was interested in. If it wasn't available, they should have just said so. Won't be doing business with them.

Service was quick. Communication was not really good. They said they called on Thursday to let me know by voicemail that my truck was ready but I received no such voicemail.

Not sure what voo-doo magic this dealership performed to earn a 4.8 rating. My recent experience with Capitol was far from 4.8. I would give it a 1.0. They advertise vehicles as if the vehicle is actually on their lot to sell. Once you call, the vehicle was just sold but they have an identical one "in transit". Then you're advised to put down $1,000 to "hold" the vehicle. Once they have your deposit, the story shifts from "in transit" to it hasn't left the factory yet and we don't know when it will be here. I am writing this review in hopes of protecting others from experiencing the problems and negative issues I recently experienced with both Jud Louis Reyes and Capitol Chevrolet!!! 1. Be aware they don’t answer their phones. It took me about five times until someone was able to answer my phone call. Their communication with customers have to improve! I wasn’t satisfy especially with the service manager. He never returned my phone call. I later went to pick up my vehicle I asked to speak to him I waited too long, so I decided to take off. Didn’t feel welcomed!
