We've had good experiences with Capitol Chevrolet in the past, but our latest was less than spectacular. Our 2018 Tahoe required service for a seized engine and was towed in mid-December to the agency. I had originally suspected a problem with the starter before delivery. The vehicle remained in storage or outside till early January 2021, and after repeated calls to then manager Dean or Dane, I discovered he had either quit or been fired. Somehow left the dealership without promised Certified Pre-Owned paperwork and printed Carfax! Called back and was told it would be scanned and emailed. Will hold my breath

I am only giving them 2 stars because of the salesman. He did great. What I am extremely upset about is the dealership offering me a $500 coupon, which did not specify new or use, only to be told that it's only for new vehicles. That was totally misleading and false advertising.

I will never buy a vehicle from here. They have charged my card $500 one month ago and it was supposed to be a pending charge to hold the vehicle while we work things out with the bank. We ended up not getting the vehicle and they have yet to put the $500 back and every time I’ve called I’m told it’s been handled and they just keep giving me the run around about it. They are crooks and have horrible customer service. They are too big of a place to keep up with all their potential customers. Nothing ever gets handled even tho... read more

The entire team was Very nice while selling the car to us and stayed late for us. Finance department(Greg) sold extended warranty to us without any explanation of deductible for it. I have been trying to reach them from the 2nd day we bought the car to no avail. Have left Couple of messages for Ernesto (salesmen), Greg(finance) and the manager but they have not responded back to us. Horrible experience with their service department. Make you wait days even for diagnosis even with appointment. Then even trying to get ahold of some one in their service department is horrible as well.

Salesmen didnt follow through with sale!!! So my overall car purchase was alright I suppose don't have any problems with that except for when the process of showing my vehicle and how it all works wasn't shown to me by my actually sales person but another employee that was red flags. To me its the little things that count, the sales person didn't follow through with the whole sale from start to finish, once he knew it would work he left me hanging to continue getting more sales. New Car Nightmare Bought my first brand new car(Aaron) here and I'm regretting it already.
