Wow, after my one star post and explanation I received an Email saying Chapitol Chevy wanted to make it right. This is what I got when I sent their Email back to them for them to maybe get us a spare tire and jack for a used car we bought. Not only do they not answer the phone, but... They automatically charge an extra $5,000 for their pre-owned cars, then they hide the fact. We paid $5,000 on a 19,000 car. That is 28%. We have no floor mats, only one key, but we were promised at least a spare tire kit and a jack. No luck. I have been trying and calling for over three weeks. They won't call me back or they hang up on me. Horrible, horrible chicken sh*#t people.

We were overcharged $5,000 and misled when trying to correct the sales person. I can't get anybody on the phone. We were hard sold a warranty program and almost held hostage till we agreed. We had been there four hours and I have compression fractures in my back. I just wanted to go home and lay down at that point. I can't get anybody on the phone. No one will return my calls.

My 2023 camaro came in on 11/25/22, and all issues are still not resolved. Sales Consultant, Tristen Wood, was very good as was Finance Professional Janet Chang. To be fair, however, I negotiated the sale online and did not try to negotiate the offered price for my trade in or the price for the new truck so it was not a difficult negotiation for Tristen or Capitol and I’m confident you made good money on this deal. Round 2 on the oil change was just as disappointing as the first. First time I had a appointment and it took almost 3hrs,which she said doesn't happen. This time they said they wouldn't take me because I don't have a appointment. I'm currently at Leif Johnson Supercenter and they are working on my truck! Next purchase will be another Ford! Capital Chevrolet SUCKS!!

I called on the phone with all information to get a $70k truck. No credit issues whatsoever, They just kept putting other people's paperwork in front of mine because they came in person and I was calling from 5 1/2 hours away. I asked them to meet us half way to sign papers and also deliver the truck and they agreed, and then they never showed up and actully wanted us to drive the whole way after we were sitting in the middle of no where waiting on them. Very poor dealership and staff. Car has no pre delivery inspection and was basically sold as is. Found dirty filters, spider webs and material build up in engine and trunk area. Car barley made it home due to faulty alternator and half dead battery. Made contact with dealership and they denied and wouldn't even go half on repair costs.stay far...far..away from this place. I'm an honest military veteran. God bless!
