About the Role: 


We are seeking a talented and tenured Content Strategist Manager with a technical background to join our dynamic team. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing content strategies that align with our company's objectives. Your primary focus will be on creating and optimizing internal materials, such as How-to articles, scripting for How-to videos, and social media content for our customers. This role requires a keen analytical mindset to track and measure the impact of content initiatives effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Create, manage, and optimize a variety of internal and external content, including How-to articles, instructional video scripts, and customer-focused social media content.
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement content strategies that align with business goals, ensuring consistency and alignment across all channels.
  • Technical Writing: Leverage your technical background to produce accurate and comprehensive content that meets the needs of our target audience.
  • Content Optimization: Continuously analyze content performance, using data-driven insights to refine and improve content strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Support, to ensure content meets strategic goals and supports overall company objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Impact Tracking: Develop and maintain clear metrics for tracking the impact of content on business objectives, making data-informed recommendations for future initiatives.
