Birdeye is seeking an experienced BDR Director to lead, grow, and manage a team of India-based outbound Business Development Representatives (BDRs). In this role, you will be responsible for building and overseeing multiple outbound BDR teams in India. Currently, there are 3 teams of BDRs and managers, with plans for significant growth. We are looking for a leader with experience leading both managers and BDRs to expand our outbound efforts in India.
We value leadership by example, so a proven track record in a similar B2B SaaS BDR leadership role is essential. Experience with outbound teams who call into US-based companies is essential. requirements
Location: Based in India (Gurugram preferred or Remote)
Education: Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing outbound BDR teams, with specific experience in the B2B Software/SaaS industr
- Extensive experience managing outbound teams targeting US-based companies
- At least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing multiple teams
- Proven track record in hiring, training, and coaching both BDRs and their managers
- Strong ability to mentor teams and drive them to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience in building and implementing new processes, workflows, and sales strategies
- Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and surpassing sales goals and quotas
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and optimizing the sales funnel
