What You'll Be Doing
- Clearly communicate the value of our solutions to key stakeholders
- Become a knowledgeable expert on the Birdeye SaaS platform
- Drive new client acquisition and exceed revenue targets by managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, whilst engaging with decision-makers at all levels
- Manage your sales pipeline and activities with accurate forecasting
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams
requirements
- Experience selling to VP or C-Level Executives across various industries
- 4+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in SaaS sales
- Proven success in acquiring new clients (hunting role)
- Skilled in managing and closing complex sales cycles with a solution-based approach
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to build compelling business cases and ROI
- Familiarity with CX and MarTech technologies is a bonus
- Ability to work at least 3 days a week from our London office
- Willingness to travel to customer sites
