Dr. Clendenin is amazing. She is so patient and accommodating for our dog who is so fearful and terrified of the vet. She is full of tips and positivity when dealing with our dog. We are lucky to have such a great vet so close to home!

I take my cats here and I love the staff and service. They go above and behind to care for my pets and answer all my questions. Even with COVID and not being able to walk inside the clinic I know my pets are cared for.

I was really impressed at how smoothly the appointment went (especially during COVID). The communication from the initial arrival call to final billing was seamless. Everyone was very kind, patient, friendly and organized. Dr. Arkhipova and staff conducted a comprehensive exam and took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions without making me feel rushed - this type of service is very hard to come by in NOVA anymore (I had taken my previous dogs to 2 different local vets before coming to Caring Hands). Anyone who is in need of a vet should try Caring Hands! We are dealing with the Corona virus right now and they have a system in place is in place to keep everyone safe and still run their hospital efficiently. My husband and I were so impressed! We called from the parking lot and they met us at the door and took our pup inside to take care of him. The doctor called while he our pet was inside with her and we discussed what to do. And then we met them at the front door again to get our little guy back and paid our bill over ... read more

I had been going to another well known vet all of my dog's 15 years of life. They once saved his life and always took great care of him. I am forever grateful. A few years ago that place went downhill and fast. I felt we were just another number. It grew impersonal. It was a very tough choice to switch vets. I needed a 2nd opinion because the current vet wasn't solving our problem. I chose Carjng Hands because I can walk there and the reviews were good. My dog has issues with a slipped disc and paraphimosis. The other vet... read more

I'll start by saying that my dog (an Aussie named Hershey) is not a patient at Caring hands. However, my wife and I arrived home last night and noticed blood all over the kitchen. Hershey had broken a toe nail and it looked awful. It was late (nearly 8 o'clock) and our vet was closed. I called Caring Hands and reception was very kind and understanding while I explained our situation. She placed me on hold very briefly and the Dr. answered (I believe it was Dr. Vituli). I again explained the situation and she asked me to take... read more

Shortly put, Caring Hands lives up to its name. A few weeks ago, I adopted a sweet 15 year old Jack Russell from the shelter who quickly developed some serious physical and behavioral issues. Over the past two weeks, I've been in and out of Caring Hands and each time they have been wonderful. Dr. Ledesma and Dr. Arkhipova were both super helpful, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The staff were always eager to interact with my Toby, give him treats, and were really understanding when he would bark and freak out (Toby had d... read more

We love Caring Hands! After a terrible experience at another vet that required a repair surgery for our sweet Dog, Caring Hands of Centreville saved the day. Excellent care and compassion. Today he got his stitches out We're moving all our animals to Caring Hands. Dr. Vitulli is the best and everyone there has been amazing. You can trust Caring Hands with your fur babies.
