The packing crew arrived bright and early on time and did an excellent job. They came back the next morning an hour before the truck arrived to finish. Once the truck and the rest of the crew arrived they did an excellent and highly professional job of systematic inventory and loading, including putting our Toyota Corolla on the truck, included in the price! This was a very professional and yet pleasant company to deal with from the first contact to the last. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended. Showed up on time both days. Packers (3 man crew) did a great job with fragile items. Hit their estimate exactly. The load and unload crew (6 men) worked hardto get us done in a single day. The new house has a challenging staircase. Everything went exactly where we wanted it. Full pack, load and unload for a local (~20 mi) move. Day 1 was pack. Day 2 was load + unload.

They did an excellent job - from sales all the way through to final delivery. The price was very fair but what made it really great was the professionalism of the driver and loading/unloading team. Packed belongings into truck, transported 500 miles and dropped off at temporary living location and storage unit.

The unloading went perfectly. The two movers unloaded a full 16 ft moving truck in under 2 hours, they also helped us with a washer and dryer, moving out the old ones and moving in the new ones. We had not issues, no broken furniture, kitchen ware, or art! We also worked with Bryce in the sales department and Victoria did all the paper work. I love the fact they are all on line. This is the third time in using Carmack, and they are my go to moving companiy! Unload a penske truck.

Debbie provided the best priced estimate of all the regular moving companies that gave estimates. Although I did not use their services, I would definitely recommend them. Debbie was great! She was straight forward, very professional, and very personable.Due to the economic factors involved, I decided to use a "moving pod" method which hopefully will save me money. Provided estimate for interstate move of approximately 17000 pounds of household goods to the Midwest.

After much juggling of schedules on both our parts we finally resolved the damage claim for the move. It was a simple cabinetry repair which I had expected and in fact Carmack's head of operations came to our apartment to do the work himself, which we were impressed with. Kudos to Carmack! The movers were very good. They arrived on time, wrapped the furniture in plastic film and promptly loaded it on The truck and moved to our new place. Nothing was damaged. Moved locally from a condo to a house.

All members of the crew were polite and interested in ensuring our total satisfaction.
