On time, professional team, great marketing guy with Mike Brooks. Some damage but nothing too great. Having moved before several times, I know nothing is perfect. Missing one rug so will call about that. Yes, would recommend Carmack to others. Thanks!
Rob at Carmack is the best! He and his crew have helped me with both large and small moves - from the entire home to delivering just one piece of furniture. These guys are incredibly careful to not bump walls or doorways even as their juggling furniture weighing a couple hundred pounds up a narrow staircase. But equally impressive is that these guys are nice. I can't imagine being light-hearted or funny after lugging furniture and boxes for hours but they still were well into the evening hours. Excellent, ethical, professional service from the first time I contacted Carmack to delivery of my home goods to my new place. Carmack employees available each step of the process from Alleviating my concerns to discounting supplies. The day of my move the movers showed up on the scheduled time moving my household goods fast while packing goods that needed to be packed. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience. I highly recommend Carmack. Debbie was very clear with the scope of work and costs associated with the move. The team was on time and worked very efficiently to get the move completed within the allocated timeframe. The team was also very careful with all items and nothing was damaged.

More expensive than I had expected. Less help unpacking than I had expected.
The movers moved a 200 lb piece of furniture up 2 flights of narrow stairs without a scratch. They arrived on time and moved quickly.
