They were patient because it took a while to sell the townhouse. They would contact me periodlically to see how things were going. When it finally happened, it was short notice but not a problme. They were professional in all ways. All the crew were knowledgeable, careful, thorough and helpful. I would use them again. Moving items from floors 2,3 and 4 to garage for donations. Packing and moving from townhouse to apartment.

Very, very well. Everyone from the company with whom I had contact was professional, well-organized, and pleasant to work with. Price was certainly fair and there were no surprises at the delivery end. Long distance move of house full of furniture and possessions

They arrived on time and quickly got to work. Most of the crew worked without issue, being both professional and congenial. One man on the crew, however, decided that he was very upset with the work he was being asked to do by the foreman, and essentially "quit"--moping in the corner until he was picked up. Fortunately, they provided two additional guys to speed up the work. The work was largely done quickly. My experience with Carmack was fantastic. From my first contact with their sales rep, Michael, everything went smoothly. Michael was very responsive, honest, and helpful. I had never hired professional movers before, so I didn't know the process, but I felt I could trust Carmack from the beginning. The crew was unbelievably hard working, thorough, and careful. They packed the truck, then drove it to NC and unloaded it for a door - to - door move. I highly recommend this company for any moving you need. I needed an interstate move from northern VA to North Carolina. I packed all the boxes. I needed furniture wrapped, truck loaded, transport to NC, and unload on the other end.

unknown We had a short time to get out of our house so we were still packing while they were loading the truck. They were very patient with me. It poured rain and I had to mention not to leave my chairs outside but they did a good job. They stored my things for 2 months until our new house was ready then delivered it. It was about an hour or so away. We had no problems.

unknown Carmack have moved my 3-bedroom townhouse belongings from MD to AZ. The work was done very professionally, the art and glass were packed very meticulously. I haven't yet unpacked everything, but so far the damages are few. A few small items were lost, it seems, but overall it was a very well done move. The staff was professional and responsive, particularly Kim in Operations was communicating very clearly what was going to happen, removing some stress from the process.
