unknown We had to change move date two times and they were very patient with us and helpful. Staff and movers were excellent.
Everything went perfectly. They wrapped the wood furniture so it would not get scratched. Nothing was broken. The support staff was responsive and supportative. The actual movers were on time and extremely efficient. I found these people through Angie's List and could not have been happier with this choice of movers! This was a local move

crew arrived late but more than made up for it with quick, professional service. price was adjusted accordingly. quote was accurate as well as time it took to move everything. phone booking was easy, problems solved, questions answered timely. truck and gear were all new and in great shape. I would definitely use them again. Carmack moved us from a 10 x 20 storage unit into a new home. Local DC move.

Carmack was great! Debbie, our moving coordinator, was AWESOME! Really. Ask for her, she is incredibly knowledgeable, ( I *think* she has been in the business for over 25 years) fun, on top of all the details, responsiveand a pleasure with whom to work! unknown Overall, great job. There were a few minor dings and dents in the house we moved out of, and a couple of small things in the furniture that was moved, but overall I was happy. One item that confused me was the insurance. I ended up paying about $500 for insurance, when my home owners would have covered it! My advice: check with your insurance company before paying for insurance. And my move was local (about 4 miles). I could have saved almost half my bill by declining!

unknown Arrived right on time at 7:30am. Loaded trucks (in a cold drizzle) and moved me from Alexandria, VA to Williamsburg, VA. The trip took almost 5 hours, a normally 2+ hour trip, due to the weather and parking lot conditions on I-95. They were careful with my belongings, wrapped all furniture to protect it. Crew was exceptionally accommodating--a couple of times I would tell them to take piece of furniture to "x" location, only to realize I gave them the wrong place. Move was on a rainy day I was concerned about tracking mud into old and new home. Carmack provided mats to protect everything. Move was completed professionally with no issues Move from Vienna to Reston
