No comment other than above. Pictures on bookings.com internet makes accommodations look newer/nicer than it was Toilet flush was vacuum loud sound..really bad. Could hear other guests in there rooms talking. Location

Average They charged us almost 3 weeks after our stay which is quite long! Breakfast was small but ok

We put all the dirty towels and rubbish outside, no one attended for the whole day.You won't take the so called bask This hotel is awful. They treated us like refugee. I paid 650 USD for 4 nights in early Dec. They gave us the worst room, small, dirty without sunshine. I request a better room, the choice was downgrade to Queen size bed. I can only accept this room and request a change if other rooms available. I coughed seriously for that few nights. On the last night we found dirty stuff in the sink. Cheap Staff are not available on-site until the 3:00 p.m. check-in time. The office door remains locked with a notice stating, “We will not open until 3:00 p.m. for check-in.” The walls offer very little sound insulation, making conversations and activity from adjacent rooms clearly audible. Additionally, there was no running water during the stay, and the owner did not notify guests directly or offer any adjustment to the bill. So dissatisfied! The staff did nothing to proactively resolve the water issue. Finally after asking again and again th No running water!!!! Clean and convenient location.

We didn't stay. We stayed at Carmel Mission Inn. It was beautiful, clean, uplifting, and cost less The room had only one bed, but we had booked two beds. There was no AC. One ceiling fan didn't work and the other one was weak. The toilet was dirty. There was no elevator and my cousin uses a cane. it was like a Motel 6 or worse. NOTHING! The room was ugly, old, dark, and depressing. We didn't stay because it was so awful. there were no cars in the parking lot. It was as though it had been abandoned.
