Fair There was no housekeeping the first day and there were only a couple other people staying in the hotel! Our trash was overflowing, had to ask for new towels. The stairs going up to the room had ripped carpet, the blinds in our room were broken, and the dead bolt was very hard to turn. Worst of all, NO LIGHTS WERE ON OUTSIDE DURING THE NIGHT! Disappointing Inability to revise an invoice with an address and company name was quite disappointing. The amount of time I had to put in to simply request this was also unbelievable. They’ve been hard to reach, and apparently everything had to go through booking.com (which is not the case for every other hotel I booked via this website). After about a week of trouble I’ve come to learn that it’s hotel policy to not address invoices to companies. I don’t think I’ll bother to figure out why. Stay was fine

Disappointing "Pay at the property" was advertised by booking.com and I provided a different payment card at the location. They placed a hold on the card I used to reserve the room for more than the total amount of the hotel (over $800.00, room was $700+ for 2 nights). Until now this $800+ pending authorization is still "pending". And they had already charged my other card.
