Very Poor Lobbyöffnung um 08.30 ist ein No Go

The whole place was sketchy. They refused to give us the room, then charged us for it. Booking.com basically stole my credit card information, so had to cancel my card, no one to talk to at booking.com. I've opened a dispute and CITI is working on it. The man at the hotel was just as bad, refusing to let us stay, promising we wouldn't be charged, saying his boss would fire him if he did let us stay. The whole experience was awful, a 68 yr old and a 76 yr old, after driving 3000 miles had to sleep in the car with 2 dogs. Noth... read more

Dieses Hotel bedarf einer Grundsanierung. Das Zimmer war alt sehr abgewohnt, hinter dem Bett war Schimmel im Kühlschrank waren noch Essensreste vom Vorgänger. Die Idee mit dem Frühstückskorb ist ganz nett. Aber die Produkte waren nicht der Hit. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und die Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Türe.

Preis Leistung stimmt nicht Kleine Zimmer Niemand war am Empfang, man musste anrufen und dann auch nicht wirklich organisiert Frühstück muss man am Empfang abholen und warten bis jemand kommt. Milch war sauer, wurde aber ausgetauscht. Lage und Bett war bequem Parken direkt vor Ort gratis möglich

disappointing Room smelt stale - Shower dirty - patio door lock broken - Great location

Overall it was ok but the hotel definitely needs updating. Facilities are definitely old and need updating. Fan was broken, no screens in windows, bed was old and uncomfortable, and feels expensive for what you get. Location was good and everything in Carmel was reachable on foot.

Beds are confortable, breakfast Breakfast, customer service, price. Location is great! Customer service is not that good. The bed is amazing, very confortable. Location is great.
