The hostess was great but I would not even feed a stray cat what they call "Fish and Chips". I have never ever been on yelp to comment but this food is so bad. How can this place even serve food?

Service was horrible. Waited over 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Restaurant was not even busy. Food was just okay. For what they offer it was overpriced. Should have gone somewhere else.

Went with family for dinner which they ruined.all other food was desent except my King (not queen which is smaller cut) prime rib dinner.it was SUPER small and fatty.22$ carne asada.we ended up walking out starving.never again.The Italian place next door was fenaminal

This have gone down hill since my last visit! Service was really slow and the food quality was very poor. Prices are a lot higher for what you get. Our server was nice.

We stayed at the Tropicana and decided to eat dinner here since it had a pretty good menu. We ordered drinks and took forever to get them. We ordered our food then our waitress disappeared. Never came by. The people across from us were waiting forever for her to come back with their coffee and take their orders. They looked aggravated too. Our food finally comes, and my nachos were barely room temperature. My husbands food was mush. My daughters chicken tenders were bland. My nachos were gross. Sadly worse management on a Saturday night. After a 15 minute wait just to give our order we waited another 20 mins to get it. Then when asking a server to check on our order he went to back came out and said the manager will be bringing it...... She tossed it on the counter and left. Not acknowledging the wait time or apologizing . After seeing the serving staff struggle cause of a late night rush NOT ONE manager on the floor to assist. They really left them hanging.

What the hell are you guys talking about!!! What great service?!!! Service isn't great either as some of you guys say it is! Yes they sat all 9 of us fast, but the wait is terrible! Finally when they came to see us after 1 hour & took out order, it took literally 2 hours maybe more for our food to get here! Some of us were pissed; super pissed! Ok, just tried to eat here because there was no other option and was not impressed. First off we ordered prime rib queen and king cut and our server, the tall blonde took our orders as follows: soup of the day, french fries, and prime rib queen and king cut. We observed our waitress meander through the cafe for 15 minutes before we asked a different waitress why we haven't gotten our soups yet.
