Sorry to say but nothing like it was before we got here at 8:30, still here at 10:30. Did not get all of our orders. The wait staff was really nice but service was REAL SLOW

The breakfast is good, I would never order a burger there again, it's the size of something on a dollar menu & sent it back once because it was way to done, ordered another one medium, came well done again & the wrong cheese, if you dine there do yourself a favor & make sure Sydney is your server, sweetest waitress in Laughlin Brewhouse is better food !

Definitely disappointed with the food here ordered chicken strips onion rings and a hamburger to go waited 40 minutes for our Order the onion rings were not fully cooked chicken strips looked over cooked and were not worth ten dollars we got a refund but not until the next day when the manager was in ...bad customer service I have posted a picture of the strips they said this is how they serve them

(STOP BEWARE OF THIS PLACE PHOTO TO SHOW ) There was five in our party for breakfast. My wife and son had The steak and eggs, I had the Denver omelette with hashbrowns, my daughter-in-law had French toast and my grandson had pancakes . This place is horrible the worst service ever made a mistake on my order and burger got cold the only thing I received was a rude apology from the night supervisor. Don't waste your time here.
Had $10 food credit for choosing Tropicana hotel, so I decided to use it here my dinner on the last night of my stay. Decided to have New York steak ($18) which was supposed to come with dinner salad and rolls. Salad was the highlight as it was fresh and served cold. Never saw the dinner roll. I have tried this place numerous times giving it the benefit of the doubt. Last night I wanted something to eat and everything was closed but here. So I ordered food to take to my room. Upon opening the to go box I thought yea they fixed there problems. How wrong I was. The chicken was raw and the coating was so hard I would have needed a electric saw to cut it. Worst food ever!!! It tasted like a TV dinner that was microwaved. I had the aunties tilapia and hubby had the smoked pork shoulder . First the tilapia was weird it was seared they said and breaded but when I cut into it it's watery and undercooked. I tried eating it but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Hubby had the pork. This is the worst place to come and get a late night menu. Servers are good, but cooks take forever. Waited over 40 minutes for a Philly Cheesesteak and Club sandwich with fries..
