Went there for breakfast today. My mom's breakfast scramble had raw potatoes and runny and eggs, we sent it back and they re-cook the eggs but the potatoes were still so hard you couldn't even poke a fork through them, after the second complaint, the manager said they would give us 50% off her meal at the register. They only gave us 40% off, what a joke, won't be going back there again!

This was not a good experience. I believe the name is now just Carnegie's inside of the Tropicana Laughlin, NV. We went to the Tropicana for one of only a small handful of live music performances for New Year's Eve celebrations in the area. Hungry, we had opted for a more diverse menu and location rather than travel a block or two away for something else. Dried out bread. Brown edges on the lettuce. Very disappointing. Ate here a few years ago and said we wouldn't go back. Wish we would have listened to our own advice.

Bad bad bad service. Waited 39 minutes for a to go order and it wasn't good at all. No courtesy by the staff. Go anywhere else you can.

Our first waitress was perfectly fine, even going so far as to put the customer's interest before the restaurants in that she would warn us that some breakfast dishes were made with liquid eggs, rather than whole real eggs. Another thing was that we were getting desserts to go and I wanted this custom style malt shake they had and when I asked her if they were available to go, she said yeah but it wasn't worth it cause we would have to buy the antique-style mason jar it comes in as well as the malt shake. Waited literally an hour for two basic sandwiches and another hour for a "to-go" order that wasn't wasn't even put in until we were basically done eating.

Terrible! Food was cold. Toast was burnt. Three baked potatoes were rotten. Not coming a lot!

Horrible service waiting over 20 minutes for food, took the waiter at least 10 minutes to take our drink order. This has happened numerous times we've stayed in Tropicana and dined at this restaurant. Beware if you tired from a long drive, the waiters take their time.
