This place is horrible the worst service ever made a mistake on my order and burger got cold the only thing I received was a rude apology from the night supervisor. Don't waste your time here.

Had $10 food credit for choosing Tropicana hotel, so I decided to use it here my dinner on the last night of my stay. Decided to have New York steak ($18) which was supposed to come with dinner salad and rolls. Salad was the highlight as it was fresh and served cold. Never saw the dinner roll. I have tried this place numerous times giving it the benefit of the doubt. Last night I wanted something to eat and everything was closed but here. So I ordered food to take to my room. Upon opening the to go box I thought yea they fixed there problems. How wrong I was. The chicken was raw and the coating was so hard I would have needed a electric saw to cut it. Worst food ever!!! It tasted like a TV dinner that was microwaved. I had the aunties tilapia and hubby had the smoked pork shoulder . First the tilapia was weird it was seared they said and breaded but when I cut into it it's watery and undercooked. I tried eating it but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Hubby had the pork. This is the worst place to come and get a late night menu. Servers are good, but cooks take forever. Waited over 40 minutes for a Philly Cheesesteak and Club sandwich with fries..

This place is horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. The service from waitresses (excluding maybe 2) is the worst. We waited over an hour for our food and had to wait 30 min just to PAY for our horrible experience. When trying to say the food was taking long to our waiter all he had to say was "I know" didn't even try and apologize. The food is ok... but not good enough to deal with horrible service. Wouldn't recommend.

We have been coming here for the past 20 yrs, and over the past 5 years the service and wait time is horrible. It does not matter when you come busy or empty you can be assured to wait over 40 min to get your orders. Very bad

Let me start by saying a two star review was generous of me. When we arrived the place wasn't very busy at all. It took us a while to be seated. Once seated the waiter seemed more interested in the music playing in the background then actually assisting us. When he finally took our order he seemed very lost and inexperienced in dealing with large groups. I'm from the service industry and I can understand that large groups can be a bit overwhelming but you have to take control. Our order literally took 45+ minutes to come... read more

We sat down at 850pm they took our order at 905pm brought us the check at 907pm and didn't even get our drinks till 920pm and our food arrived at 10pm. Worst.service.ever. At least we got some laughs at the whole fact that we received the bill before anything else!
