Get directionsFood was awful. Burnt and dry. All 5 dishes. Hosts were rude. Our poor server was overwhelmed with the few tables she had. No one seemed to want to help her with anything and they sat her 2 larger parties within 5 minutes. No one even helped her get drinks. Saw 2 other ladies standing around acting like they were cleaning tables.
Been going here while it's hit-and-miss on whether or not it's good. I got the classic cheeseburger to go yesterday. Usually when I order they'll ask me how I want it cooked and I would say medium. This time the lady said it's only one way well done. I was hoping well done wouldn't be charcoal. It had a black ring around. Left waiting extra five minutes.
Have been going to this restaurant for decades, back when it was the Ramada Express and the train running lol... Well, like most places in Laughlin quality is going downhill. Back in "the good old days" you could get the best turkey club sandwiches, burgers and breakfasts... Not anymore. Wife and I had breakfast and didn't finish most of our meals. Pancakes tasted like and resembled the frozen ones from the store; dry, crispy and no flavor.. The sausage they serve now are disgusting, fat filled, chewy lard logs! Eggs were ru... read more
Have sat here for 10 minutes waiting for a waitress and there are three of them and four tables. My waitress Evel had been in the back for some reason while everyone was waited on but me. Tried to get a pack of crackers for my salad said they don't do that. Is the place going broke? Step up your game!
Good evening, I had the street beff tacos from this place. The lady working the counter was rude, it was late night on Saturday night 10/11 so I decided to get some tacos. I ordered 2 tacos and was ver disappointed in the service and food. If you are in this a casino avoid this place, who cares if they are open late and the only place go to in and out......
Stopped in to watch the laker game and eat some food. Haven't been here since the remodeled, but was happy they were open. Very disappointed. Took 38 minutes to get these meals. No nothing from the managers, just oh it was sitting on the plate. No fries with the chicken strips. Could've gone to chili's and back and would've been cheaper.
Very limited menu, came for dinner last night, sat quickly and served quickly that's why it even gets 1 Star. Out of a few items, ordered a club house sandwich, toast was super thin, bacon was overcooked, fries were swimming in grease on the plate, clearly not drained well or at all. Should have known better but went again for breakfast, ordered an egg white Denver omelette with wheat toast, took forever to come out and there were only 3 other tables. Eventually arrived, again so much grease and oil everywhere, I had to da... read more
Ate at the side cafe. Chicken sandwich was dry, French fry's where old. I wouldn't eat here again. It's was 2AM and choices to eat were limited.
It looks completely dead almost like a hospital cafeteria. But hospital food is even better
