This place is horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. The service from waitresses (excluding maybe 2) is the worst. We waited over an hour for our food and had to wait 30 min just to PAY for our horrible experience. When trying to say the food was taking long to our waiter all he had to say was "I know" didn't even try and apologize. The food is ok... but not good enough to deal with horrible service. Wouldn't recommend.

We have been coming here for the past 20 yrs, and over the past 5 years the service and wait time is horrible. It does not matter when you come busy or empty you can be assured to wait over 40 min to get your orders. Very bad

Let me start by saying a two star review was generous of me. When we arrived the place wasn't very busy at all. It took us a while to be seated. Once seated the waiter seemed more interested in the music playing in the background then actually assisting us. When he finally took our order he seemed very lost and inexperienced in dealing with large groups. We sat down at 850pm they took our order at 905pm brought us the check at 907pm and didn't even get our drinks till 920pm and our food arrived at 10pm. Worst.service.ever. At least we got some laughs at the whole fact that we received the bill before anything else!

Came here for breakfast with my sister and husband and their kids. Worst service ever! Coffee taste old as shit and food took about 45mins . No ones come to check if we are okay. The orange juice was watered down. This place needs to get its shit together. Never coming back.

Worst experience ever! Came here for a late night dinner and we were completely disappointed. The food was okay, however the service and delay in getting our food made it bad. Luckily the manager took care of some of the items on the bill.

I wish that I could give this more stars but the level of service constitutes only two. We come to Laughlin at least three times a month, and always stay at the Tropicana. After our drive from Vegas, we always eat at Carnegie's. Tonight it was not on point. Our server has only been to our table twice. Once to take our order and a second time to bring our food. DO NOT EAT AT CARNEGIE 24 HOUR DINER!! Horrible service, food was blah, and takes forever to get anything... uless you're friends with the staff apparently. Took an hour to get hot wings and fried zucchini, then another 30 minutes after that to get fish and chips and steak with shrimp. Food was luke warm and tasted okay. Definitely not worth the $50 spent. Waitress disappeared so we had to find some one to give us the check. Well waiting to pay the server was to busy opening a new paper roll to acknowledge our existence.

Very disappointing. This place use to have really good food but I don't know what happened - the food is now lousy! Had a cheesesteak sandwich first night - not good at all! Last night I ordered a Cobb Salad to bring back & eat in the room . Couldn't believe it! Everything was finely chopped up with the lettuce, small bits of chicken, finely chopped egg, tomatoes, cheese & that's it. No bacon. Presentation was terrible! On top of it all - I waited 40 minutes for that mess! Won't be going back!
