The guys were awesome, Love my floor. They were very professional removed my old flooring and leveled the floor were needed. cleaned up after themselves, moved and replaced furniture and appliances. I had my downstairs flooring replaced with vinyl flooring 7" planks

They did a really really good job. They showed great work ethic and I would use them again. They refinished my hardwood floors and replaced some of the wood.
We did not use Carolina In-Home Flooring. We visited their showroom and worked with David to choose a Coretec luxury vinyl plank. David then came to the house and measured, and sent a proposal. His price was about $400 higher than an equally professional competitor for the same product, so we chose the other shop to do the work. When I told David we went elsewhere, he said he had a little wiggle room in the labor cost, but I don't like doing business that way. Chris knew exactly which carpet was great looking and inexpensive for us to sell our home. Boris was also very prompt in scheduling the installation the same day the carpet was ordered. Juan and his crew were very professional and the work he did on the seams of the carpet are the best I’ve ever seen. Will definitely be using Carolina in Home Flooring in our new home as well. Our carpet needed replacement before selling our home.
We had our bedroom carpet removed and hardwood flooring installed. Was very pleased with the entire project. We received a very competitive quote and excellent communication with The company throughout the entire process. New flooring was going to be butting up to existing wood flooring in hallway and we were very happy that new flooring that was stained and finished on site was an exact match with our existing hardwoods.
