Mr. Chris Whitaker was an excellent representative, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The installation team did a fantastic job taking care to avoid all collateral damage to existing trim and all. We were very pleased and plan to use them again to do the floor in our downstairs very soon.

Martha did the estimate and provided pricing on several different scenarios. She was very knowledgeable. They replaced carpet throughout the upstairs and one room downstairs. This was a huge effort because they did it in a furnished house and they had to move everything out of every room and every closet as they went. The crew worked hard all day - 12 hrs - with a short lunch and short evening rest. They also fixed some of the floor squeaking upstairs.
