The work was great. We did have an issue where the scheduler called and told me the materials would not make it in time for our scheduled installation. After I called to complain, the material showed up on time. The work they preformed was excellent, but when they removed the toilets and put them in the showers they did not clean up that area when they were done. They did have to come back because the original order did not have the carpet strips. We had them do luxury vinyl tile in both upstairs bathrooms, plus have it come... read more

The installers were polite and efficient. They moved the furniture in each room and replaced it as it was found. They cleaned up each room when they were complete. It was amazing that it only took them 2 days. We had our entire home recarpeted (>3000 sq ft).

Excellent! Through and through Carolina In Home Flooring and Design worked with us to find the best fit at the best price. As soon as I got them the deposit I was in touch with an installer to set a date. This call was on Monday, we were able to get the floors installed on Thursday! The installers themselves were awesome. Great guys who showed us the flooring they were installing and made sure everything was correct. The attention to detail was amazing and best of all the installation took 1 day! Had new floors installed

Wow, can't say enough good things about the whole experience with this wonderful crew. Such a polite and considerate team . They always called prior to turning up and were never late. They worked around us including my elderly mother in law, cleaned up after themselves ,answered my many questions and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them . Crew of three arrived, ripped out old vinyl, moved furniture and floored two rooms and a hall way in one day. Did trim work and clean up, floor looked fantastic. Couldn't be happier with the new flooring. We installed over concrete and floor has a layer of cork which gave the floor a soft cushion under your feet. Wonderful product. new floors

The work itself was an 'A' getting to schedule was a pain. The price was just fine, not that it was the cheapest either. The work came out fine. They have bad communication between their departments. The scheduling department and the installers are kind of in different boats. They left me waiting one day because the scheduler didn't inform the installers of some changes. They refinished my hardwood floor.
