Had porcelin ceramic title floors installed in the kitchen and guest bath. Old subflooring and vinyl had to be removed. This was a big job and the guys worked long hours without complaint each day. The floors look beautiful. We had a few questions and concerns during the construction and Mike understood and worked with us. We will use Carolina In Home flooring again.

I used Carolina In Home Flooring, to give me an estimate for carpet installation in several rooms. They were here a week ago. The price was pretty good. They were pretty nice and they were reasonable. I felt that they were really trying to help me, not suggesting get this done or that done and altogether quoting a high price. They only told us what they would use, what was the budget and they were pretty good at that.

We had 2 bedrooms, a landing and 2 flights of stairs which needed to have the carpeting replaced. We had a neutral cut-pile carpet with good matting installed; all old carpet hauled away. Mike and his staff were extremely responsive, professional & we're so happy with their work. Very clean install, looks & feels excellent underfoot - exceptional cleanup as well. I emailed for a quote @ 2/7, so just a little over a week turnaround from first call to installation - thrilled with the quick turnaround time.

We finished a new room on the third floor and needed carpet for it. At the same time, we decided to replace the existing carpet on the second floor. The installers showed up right at 8am and worked to finish the entire job by 7:30pm that night. They did an outstanding job. The carpet looks wonderful. Mike and Martha were very helpful, and answered every question I had regarding the cost, installation process, and carpet care. I would work with them again, anyday.

A hardwood floor was installed in our living room. We found this company on Angie's List. Martha came around and showed us samples, and then sent us a quote. She also alerted us to the fact that the hardwood suppliers were having a sale, and this lowered the price. Based on the very reasonable overall cost and very favorable reviews on Angie's List, we felt no need to get second or third quotes, and told this company to go ahead. We had both our guest bathroom and master bath vinyl flooring replaced with ceramic tile. Martha came out fairly quickly after our initial contact through Angie's List. We were able to choose our flooring and she was very helpful and knowledgeable with the materials and suggestions. Initial we had decided on laminate throughout which meant in the bathrooms, but later decided to go with the ceramic tile. Martha made the changes with no problems and reluctance at all. Carolina In-Home Flooring removed old laminate and carpet in our entry-way and den and replaced it with beautiful oak pre-finished hardwood flooring. They replaced old ugly vinyl flooring in our utility room with block laminate that simulates the look of ceramic tile. And, they did a gorgeous tile fireplace surround for us in our den.
