Carolina In-Home Flooring removed old flooring and installed new carpet in the upstairs of our house and in the stairway. We contacted Mike at Carolina in September about new carpet for the upstairs of our house. Mike came out to the house within a couple of day, with samples. He explained the options and the different grades of carpet. My wife and I ordered a few samples which we received within a few days. Removed existing carpet and Installed laminated floor in Bonus Room As a working professional, time is of great essence and staying home and waiting for vendors to show up is one of the most painful and unfortunately, the most common thing these days. Carolina In Home Flooring replaced carpets in our family room, study and kids play room with hardwood floors. They were able to get the exact same flooring as the original builder installed flooring. Mike and Martha were extremely responsive both via email and phone. They were competitive on prices and also met all the time commitments they made. Went very well. I had the carpet replaced in my master bedroom, bedroom and hall with new carpet. I had carpet removed in a 3rd bedroom and laminate installed. I had vinyl installed in my master bathroom and I had a runner put on my stairs. We thought Mike was great. It is so overwhelming to go in a huge store and make a selection. We were looking for a hardwood re finisher. I called and first spoke to Martha. I told her our situation and how it was time sensitive. She forwarded me directly to Mike who asked great questions and we scheduled a free estimate appointment for the next day. I actually found someone to do the floors the same day so I called back to cancel the appointment (which I really HATE doing). Carolina In-Home Flooring met with us to review carpet samples and subsequently replaced our 11-year old carpet with new padding and a high-quality Shaw carpet. Mike Nelson was very knowledgeable and professional -- and patient. We met with him on two separate occasions before we could agree on a replacement carpet. The installation took a little longer than we expected - the installers came in at 10 AM and didn't leave until nearly 9 PM. But, the final product was excellent.

Refinished entire down stairs hard wood area and removed carpet and installed hardwood in my 2nd floor hallway area. Mike and his team were excellent with service and follow up. The team handled furniture removal and replacement, floor repair and installation with professionalism , quality, courtesy and speed. I highly recommend Carolina In Home Flooring.

Remove carpeting, padding, etc., and disposal. Install hardwood flooring (Impressions brand). Mike was very congenial and helpful in picking out the flooring to be installed. The workmen were punctual and finished the job in one day - from about 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. The room is approximately 23 x 15. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.

Carolina In-Home Flooring worked with my fiance to replace every square inch of flooring in my newly-purchased home. We installed approximately 1500 sq feet of wall to wall Brazilian Cherry laminate flooring on the first floor, and approximately 1500 sq feet of carpet on the second floor.
