We are so pleased with the stress-free service we received from our sales team of Julie and Ken. Julie helped us match the current flooring we already had in our home and Ken went above and beyond to help us place our order and schedule the flooring installation. I had a wonderful experience at Carpetland and I'm so happy to have found such a beautiful floor for my home. I made several trips back and forth to the store trying to find flooring for half of my house and I worked with John, Marc and Ken. They all were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I had a wonderful experience working with Ken Ropp when ordering my tile for my dry bar area. He was very helpful with materials that would be needed to complete the project. You really don't know how good or bad a business is until you have an issue with one of the products they installed. Within a year of our kitchen floor being installed, we noticed shrinkage of the tiles. After a few visits to evaluate the issue, Carpetland contacted the manufacturer and ended up removing the flooring and reinstalling a new one. That is all we could of asked of them.

We worked with Jerry and ended up with an absolutely gorgeous rustic chic floor that goes wonderfully with the rest of our ranch house. The installers worked quickly and accurately and made sure we were happy with the floor before they left. It was overall a great experience. We had used Carpetland many years ago in a previous house and had a great experience so we went back again. Are glad we did! Thanks Jerry!!!
