Rick and his crew did a great job
I had a wonderful experience at Carpetland and I'm so happy to have found such a beautiful floor for my home. I made several trips back and forth to the store trying to find flooring for half of my house and I worked with John, Marc and Ken. They all were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Rick at the West Allis location is great. He took care of my complaint after struggling to get someone to take care of an issue I had with my carpet. Great job.
I had a wonderful experience working with Ken Ropp when ordering my tile for my dry bar area. He was very helpful with materials that would be needed to complete the project. My order was placed and he followed up with timeline for my tiles arrival. Carpetland and Ken will be my go to partner for my future projects! Maureen Gibbs
You really don't know how good or bad a business is until you have an issue with one of the products they installed. Within a year of our kitchen floor being installed, we noticed shrinkage of the tiles. After a few visits to evaluate the issue, Carpetland contacted the manufacturer and ended up removing the flooring and reinstalling a new one. That is all we could of asked of them.

We worked with Jerry and ended up with an absolutely gorgeous rustic chic floor that goes wonderfully with the rest of our ranch house. The installers worked quickly and accurately and made sure we were happy with the floor before they left. It was overall a great experience. We had used Carpetland many years ago in a previous house and had a great experience so we went back again. Are glad we did! Thanks Jerry!!!
If you have any plans to do any remodeling in your home, I highly recommend Julie Bohmann at Carpetland Flooring Center in Mount Pleasant, WI. She has exceeded every expectation I had when I walked into Carpetland for my bathroom remodel. Julie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in picking out a final selection out of a plethora of choices!! Customer service excellence is provided by people who truly enjoy their jobs and value their customers. Julie represents all that is excellence in customer service.
Following flooding in the lower level of our home, I stopped in at the Pewaukee store in early December fully expecting my carpet selection process to be a lengthy one. KRIS was quick to help despite the fact that I was a bit stressed about having to do this at all, especially at Christmas time, and that we had only a small budget to work with.
