Very easy to work with! Professional! Knowledgeable! This is the second time we've used Carpets Plus Outlet. We were happy the first time, so we went back. They have the floors that I like. We chose wood flooring for the majority of the house and vinyl flooring for the bathroom. Scheduling was a little tricky around the holidays, but once we worked out the details, they were prompt. They were also tidy. I am very happy with the way the floors look. I recommend Carpets Plus Outlet to everyone.

These Are The People To Do Business With! I have been using Carpets Plus Outlet for some time now. The job they did for me this time was installing carpet on my staircase and in my hallway. They did a beautiful job! Everything was done to perfection! I would tell a potential customer that they are the right people to do business with! They know their carpets and their installation crew are outstanding! Everyone that you deal with is extremely professional!

Their sales staff is very helpful! Carpets Plus Outlet has always worked very well with us. Their sales staff helps us with ideas, and with matching colors, and we really enjoy working with them. They make great suggestions, and they really know their products well. Recently, we purchased some carpeting from them, and once again, we were very happy with them! They are a good company!

Best carpet installers ever - and a remarkable sales and office staff! Carpets Plus Outlet is the only carpet company we will ever use, and the same applies to my daughter. They did a wonderful job! Carpets Plus Outlet came out and re-carpeted all but two rooms of our home for us. They did a wonderful job and the new carpet looks so nice! They were very professional, and they cleaned everything up behind themselves. We have had to have a lot of things done this past summer to our home, and some of the employees of the other companies do not seem to care what kind of a job they do. But not Carpets Plus Outlet. excellent service Matt greeted me right when I came thru the door. Very nice ,helpful, and professional. Answered all my questions. Dave installed my carpet. He was the same way very nice and professional and also on time. Enjoyed working with both of them & will continue my service with carpet plus.
