Quality Products, Fair Pricing, Good Installation People My daughter and son-in-law recommended Carpets Plus Outlet to me. This was my first time using their store although I have driven past their store many times. I used to be in the interior design business so I knew what I wanted. Top notch company When my vinyl flooring was being installed the installer noticed a very tiny imperfection in the floor. He contacted his boss and they decided they would not install the floor but reorder a new one. Chrissy at the Kenosha store contacted me and said that "you don't spend money on a floor that is not perfect". So they reordered and came back and installed the perfect flooring. Wonderful installation job, and very friendly people! I have used Carpets Plus Outlet on several occasions, and they have always done great work for me! Five years ago they carpeted one of my rental properties for me, and most recently, they carpeted a couple of areas in my home. I was extremely satisfied both times! I give them five stars. I've used Carpets Plus Outlet before, so I knew I would get good customer service when I went back. They are nice people with professional installers. The new carpet looks good. They cleaned up well. I recommend Carpets Plus Outlet.
