The Best Employees! I absolutely love Carpets Plus Outlet and all of their employees! They always do a fantastic job. We have had carpeting installed as well as flooring and they have also installed a backsplash for me. They did a fabulous job on all of it and their installers are the best! I cannot imagine anything being better. Their products are outstanding and their service is tremendous! I truly recommend them to anyone!

Awesome product with awesome staff! Every step of the process was wonderful ! From the sales staff to the installers! No one tried to sell me on something that was not what I needed. In fact, I walked in and they were completely honest with me.....when they could have sold me something way more expensive because I thought that’s what I needed. The prices are great. Great experience from beginning to end. Sales staff were knowledgable and friendly. The estimator helped us greatly with the layout of the floor. The installers did a great job of laying the floor in a timely manner and kept the area cleaned up. Dealing with Carpets Plus was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent! This was the second time I used Carpets Plus Outlet and I was very pleased both times. The first time I had them put flooring into my kitchen. While they were here I mentioned to them that I wanted to put carpeting into the living room at a later them when I could set some money aside for it. They took the measurements in the living room for me after they finished the kitchen. So I had them come out to do the carpeting for the living room this time. Both jobs turned out beautifully. Very easy to work with! Professional! Knowledgeable! This is the second time we've used Carpets Plus Outlet. We were happy the first time, so we went back. They have the floors that I like. We chose wood flooring for the majority of the house and vinyl flooring for the bathroom. Scheduling was a little tricky around the holidays, but once we worked out the details, they were prompt. They were also tidy. I am very happy with the way the floors look. I recommend Carpets Plus Outlet to everyone.

These Are The People To Do Business With! I have been using Carpets Plus Outlet for some time now. The job they did for me this time was installing carpet on my staircase and in my hallway. They did a beautiful job! Everything was done to perfection! I would tell a potential customer that they are the right people to do business with! They know their carpets and their installation crew are outstanding! Everyone that you deal with is extremely professional!

Their sales staff is very helpful! Carpets Plus Outlet has always worked very well with us. Their sales staff helps us with ideas, and with matching colors, and we really enjoy working with them. They make great suggestions, and they really know their products well. Recently, we purchased some carpeting from them, and once again, we were very happy with them! They are a good company!
