Wonderful installation job, and very friendly people! I have used Carpets Plus Outlet on several occasions, and they have always done great work for me! Five years ago they carpeted one of my rental properties for me, and most recently, they carpeted a couple of areas in my home. I was extremely satisfied both times! I give them five stars. I've used Carpets Plus Outlet before, so I knew I would get good customer service when I went back. They are nice people with professional installers. The new carpet looks good. They cleaned up well. I recommend Carpets Plus Outlet.

Very Helpful, Friendly, Customer-Service Oriented Business! I reached out to Carpets Plus Outlet and they were really pleasant and polite. They were able to meet my needs as far as setting up an appointment. Matt and Shane came over and did the measurements and consulting and they were awesome. I Don't Believe It Could Be Better! Carpets Plus Outlet did a great job for us. The sales staff was awesome. They treated us very nicely and explained everything to us. Everyone was nice and pleasant including the installer. They put hardwood floors in the foyer, hallway, and the kitchen. I wouldn't hesitate at all about having them do more work and we're thinking about doing the family room. I highly recommend Carpets Plus Outlet!

WOW! What else can I say; we were FLOORED! What a great experience and awesome end result. I could not have imagined that our floors would turn out the way they did. Wonderful Company! Carpets Plus Outlet is a great company to have install your carpet. We have used them before and have always been pleased. This time they installed carpet in two of our bedrooms. I will be using them in the future for more carpet installation. The servicemen that did the installation were great. They were respectful, courteous, and polite. They did a perfect job on the installation. I highly recommend them. They know how to do it right.
Very helpful! Knowledgeable about their product! Carpets Plus Outlet was where we bought our carpeting several years ago. We were very happy with that product and the installation, so when we wanted some tiling done, we went back there.
