Their work has always been super! Carpets Plus Outlet has done work for us for many many years. Most recently, they installed some carpeting throughout our family room, living room and stairways. Great service and great communication skills! We picked out our hardwood flooring and then asked Carpets Plus Outlet to install it for us. The sales staff was very nice and very helpful in making our selection. The installers did a great job and were very skilled at their jobs. We really appreciate how Carpets Plus Outlet kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Easy To Talk To, No Problems, Very Good I have seen Carpets Plus Outlet around town and I've known about them but this was the first time that I used them. I took in some of my laminate floorings to see if they could find the same or similar laminate to match it to have it installed in my new condo. Very Satisfied; Great Workmanship & Competitive Pricing We had vinyl flooring installed on the first floor of our home by Carpets Plus Outlet, and it was a great experience. The salesperson was great in helping me find the perfect vinyl flooring I needed, and the installers were great. They were very knowledgeable, articulate, and conscientious. The Best Employees! I absolutely love Carpets Plus Outlet and all of their employees! They always do a fantastic job. We have had carpeting installed as well as flooring and they have also installed a backsplash for me. They did a fabulous job on all of it and their installers are the best! I cannot imagine anything being better. Their products are outstanding and their service is tremendous! I truly recommend them to anyone!

Awesome product with awesome staff! Every step of the process was wonderful ! From the sales staff to the installers! No one tried to sell me on something that was not what I needed. In fact, I walked in and they were completely honest with me.....when they could have sold me something way more expensive because I thought that’s what I needed. The prices are great. Great experience from beginning to end. Sales staff were knowledgable and friendly. The estimator helped us greatly with the layout of the floor. The installers did a great job of laying the floor in a timely manner and kept the area cleaned up. Dealing with Carpets Plus was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent! This was the second time I used Carpets Plus Outlet and I was very pleased both times. The first time I had them put flooring into my kitchen. While they were here I mentioned to them that I wanted to put carpeting into the living room at a later them when I could set some money aside for it. They took the measurements in the living room for me after they finished the kitchen. So I had them come out to do the carpeting for the living room this time. Both jobs turned out beautifully.
