Very Helpful, Friendly, Customer-Service Oriented Business! I reached out to Carpets Plus Outlet and they were really pleasant and polite. They were able to meet my needs as far as setting up an appointment. Matt and Shane came over and did the measurements and consulting and they were awesome. Heather at the store helped me with the carpeting. She was helpful in showing me material in the store and making suggestions. I ended up getting a tile floor. I just love it! I Don't Believe It Could Be Better! Carpets Plus Outlet did a great job for us. The sales staff was awesome. They treated us very nicely and explained everything to us. Everyone was nice and pleasant including the installer. They put hardwood floors in the foyer, hallway, and the kitchen. I wouldn't hesitate at all about having them do more work and we're thinking about doing the family room. I highly recommend Carpets Plus Outlet!

WOW! What else can I say; we were FLOORED! What a great experience and awesome end result. I could not have imagined that our floors would turn out the way they did. Wonderful Company! Carpets Plus Outlet is a great company to have install your carpet. We have used them before and have always been pleased. This time they installed carpet in two of our bedrooms. I will be using them in the future for more carpet installation. The servicemen that did the installation were great. They were respectful, courteous, and polite. They did a perfect job on the installation. I highly recommend them. They know how to do it right.
Very helpful! Knowledgeable about their product! Carpets Plus Outlet was where we bought our carpeting several years ago. We were very happy with that product and the installation, so when we wanted some tiling done, we went back there. The quality of the workmanship was very good and the floor looks beautiful! I recently found out about Carpets Plus Outlet and tried them for the first time. I had them come to my home and install a new wooden floor in the living room. The technician showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about his work. New customers We have had a lot of issues with others company's putting carpet in our house.
