WOW! What else can I say; we were FLOORED! What a great experience and awesome end result. I could not have imagined that our floors would turn out the way they did. We own a tri-level home and Carpets Plus installed luxury vinyl plank on our entire first floor which includes, stairs (up and down), our family room, kitchen and the upper hallway to the bedrooms and installed new baseboards. Wonderful Company! Carpets Plus Outlet is a great company to have install your carpet. We have used them before and have always been pleased. This time they installed carpet in two of our bedrooms. I will be using them in the future for more carpet installation. The servicemen that did the installation were great. They were respectful, courteous, and polite. They did a perfect job on the installation. I highly recommend them. They know how to do it right.

Very helpful! Knowledgeable about their product! Carpets Plus Outlet was where we bought our carpeting several years ago. We were very happy with that product and the installation, so when we wanted some tiling done, we went back there. We brought samples home three or four times to see the tile in the room and make our final selection. The salespeople from Carpets Plus Outlet were very helpful in recommending different stuff. The quality of the workmanship was very good and the floor looks beautiful! I recently found out about Carpets Plus Outlet and tried them for the first time. I had them come to my home and install a new wooden floor in the living room. The technician showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about his work. My Floors Are Beautiful! Carpets Plus Outlet are very professional and knowledgeable with everything that they did for me. They were able to answer all of our questions and were very responsive. We purchased new carpeting for the living room and bedrooms and flooring for the kitchen and bathrooms of our condo. They did a tremendous job with the installation! I did not have to do a thing!
