Great experience from start to finish. I appreciated Kurt's time and expertise to design a fence that would coordinate with the neighbors and also allow me to have what I wanted for my yard. With respect to landscaping and trees, he showed me that I actually needed less fencing than expected. Much appreciated! He also worked with me to have a dog safe fence for a Great Pyrenees which is not an easy task but was accomplished! Cascade Fence and Decks is an example of a superbly run company. The appointment for a free estimate was courteously done on the phone. They confirmed the appointment by e-mail and attached the name and PICTURE of the person that was going to do the estimate!. The estimator, Darran Cass was very professional and was exactly on the time promised (to the minute!). We reviewed on site what needed to be done and he made very sound suggestions. The experience was excellent from beginning to end. We had a few hiccups but they handled it like a true professional and I would not think twice about using them in the future. They will be my go to company for this kind of service.

The work went well, although was somewhat rushed as they scheduled it on two afternoons including a Friday which made the last parts somewhat rushed. I did ask for the job to be done quickly and at the end of the week, but I would have preferred that they come in the morning rather than after 1:00 on Friday and race to get done before the weekend. I was very impressed with this company. I was given an initial price estimate over the phone and Darran came out a few weeks later to do an in-depth estimate. Darran was very professional and not pushy at all. It took us a few weeks to get back to him, but when we did the fence install was scheduled for about 2 weeks out. The install crew, led by Leif, was pretty amazing. They were all young men, but very professional. It was clear that they cared for their workmanship. I had a great experience with Cascade Fence & Deck. They were professional and quick with the quote/completion of the job. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone from the person on the phone to the staff that were out quoting and doing the job. I truly disliked working with this company, from start to finish. They were professional and seemed concerned about the cusomter service they provided.....but, I think the actual result was a negative experience for me. First, I called asking to have someone come out and provide an estimate. They were the only company that took almost 3 weeks to come out.
