Everyone was professional, quick and did exactly what they said. They estimated the build time would be a few days and they were able to complete it in a day and a half. The quality of the workmanship is excellent.
From beginning to completion the project went just as planned. It all started with the phone call to the office to ask for someone to come out and provide and estimate. The estimator came within two weeks, provided a folder with the estimate and all the details. I compared prices with one other fence company and decided to go with Cascade. Cascade Fence and Deck did a great job with my fence! Over the course of two days, the old fence was taken down and hauled away; new posts were dug; and the new fence was installed. It really makes the property look so much better. The crew even trimmed some of the overhanging bushes from a neighbor's yard that were encroaching on my yard (and fence). Everyone that came here was very professional and thorough in all they did. When I called and made an appointment they were came right out to give me an estimate. If I had any questions they were answered promptly. The estimate was thorough and I was given diagrams and everything that day. When it came time to do they job. Of the 5 vendors I contacted, Cascade was not the cheapest but neither were they the most expensive. When we got our original quote for the fence, Kurt (in Sales) was very courteous over the phone and set us up with a date and time to give us an estimate. Kurt was on time for his appointment and was helpful and polite. He understood that we would be getting several quotes from various vendors and that we would be making our decision within a few weeks of getting all of the quotes. Fantastic! The area to work in was a little difficult, but they made some field adjustments and everything looks great! They were excellent about making sure I was getting what I wanted. Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable...what more could you ask? We WILL hire them for future projects.
