A great place for anyone looking for a large selection of Cowboy boots in Texas. You'll be hard pressed to not want to try on more than one boot and then making the hard final decision. The staff here are friendly and are easily identifable by their Texas Ranger look. My girlfriend was having a difficult time with picking up her first boot but we were helped by a very attentive sales person named Chris. He helped picked out some boots for her and also shared a number of tips and advice in making a decision and caring f... read more
Found a very helpful salesman named Chris and enjoyed a wonderful selection of boots and other western wear. They've got boots for lots of price ranges with the average pair running around 150. Will definitely go back when I'm ready for my next pair..maybe invest in some of those beautiful blue fancy ones they've got :)
Just stopped in last weekend to get my very first pair of boots. When I first walked in the door I was a little overwhelmed, but I made my way to the womens boots section and found Tom, and he made me feel right at home. I told him what I was looking for and he was able to make some really great suggestions. He did a great job helping me find the styles I wanted as well as the correct size. He knew the products and different fits/sizing well. I forgot to bring socks but no problem, Tom brought me some. I ended up leaving wit... read more
stopped by I son wanted to have his cowboy hat steam and clean the gentleman was so rude and couldn't believe that actually want money to steam clean the hat and after he was done he was very upset cause he didn't get any money well first offf he haves a job at cavenders I guess he wants a side job there he told my son he accepts cash app or Zelle that's sounds a little weird and shady for a employee to ask for money and he is a manager that's why we go to boot barn there are very friendly and a way better establishment then... read more
The blond cashier with glasses is so rude. Working Monday 4/8 evening. It seemed she got really upset I walked in and interrupted her conversation. It was my first time here. She stared at me until I stated what I needed. Very awkward.
The front desk people have terrible attitudes. It was my first time at this establishment and I asked the girl at the front desk with blonde and black patchy hair where I could find a certain pair of boots(mind you she's doing nothing but looking over her coworkers shoulder) and she said go to the back and gave no guidance whatsoever. If I can give this place a negative stars i would.
I've purchased about a dozen pairs of jeans from this cavenders over the last few years, for I'm a welder by trade and need pants that hold up. So I'm pretty accustomed to their sizing and fit. I went in the other day to pick up another pair, in my usual size, as I have done many times before without issue. Like most people, I get home, take off the tags, and throw the pants in the wash to get off the grime. Washed them on cold, delicate, and air dried them. For whatever reason, the sizing on this pair was different than wha... read more
Normally we shop Boot Barn simply because it is easier to get to. I have not been to Cavender's in years, but decided to head there instead because my perception was it wasn't the Target of western wear like Boot Barn and figured we'd get a little better choice. BUT, super bummed out on the kids' boot section. Most of the kids' boots were made in China. WTH?! Found one style made in Mexico, and one made in India. With several major retailers based in Texas - Nocona and Justin to name a few - how can we not find some Americ... read more
