Good customer service. Able to help with deals and sales people were informative. Prices were a but high comparative to the market, but overall sales people were nice and helpful.
I searched Yelp for a western wear store and found this store. I had one young lady helping me from the boot area and she was great! I think they are a little pricey, but they have a good selection of everything western you may need.
Love shopping here. Cavender's does not train their seasonal staff well. She didn't know the product she was selling. She should have been shadowing another employee. All good, it didn't change my mind on what boots to get. I did the research before hand, I knew what would work best for me. Boots go with everything, it's an essential for Texas living. Came here to get hat shaped. They did a great job on fixing the brim on the way to airport. Bought FRC clothing while here and some new jeans for my Sweetie. Staff was good here. Restrooms and changing rooms were clean here. Easy in and out of parking. Store well organized to shop. Some good sales in store.
Love this store! They always have the biggest and the nicest variety in western style! I went there to find my outfit for the American Rodeo and take some pictures to promote the event. Love this store!

Great Selection, Amazing customer service. The staff are amazing, from the people on the floor helping you out, and their painless returns.
I know the sales people are trying to be helpful, but they can be a little daft. How many times do I have to say I don't want to pay $300 for a hat? Stop leading me to the Stetsons! But all in all, this was a pleasant trip, I recommend a visit if you're looking for some cool western wear.
Can't leave Texas with out visiting Cavender's Boot City! All boots are amazing and beautiful! Huge selection for everyone in the family.
