I came to Cavender's Boot City looking specifically for Circle E candles. When I did an online search for these candles, I was looking where they might be sold locally and Cavender's was listed! I was actually down in Fredericksburg, TX last month and was able to smell a bunch of different fragrances in their shop. I decided to pick up a couple of candles for a gift. For my birthday, I decided I wanted a pair of boots. I wear an 11B, flat footed, with a metal plate where my left heel used to be. So, finding any kind of footwear isn't easy. Called ahead and John said they had several styles in my size. When we arrived, John had gone, but Doug took great care of us. Tried on several pairs before finding a pair that fit perfectly! Great store. Quality boots and hats. I bought a few clothing items and definitely bad quality. Boots last forever you just have to find your fit. Parking is very convenient and staff I is well informed.

I love boots and have a few pair! So when I get to Dallas Cavender's is my go to for quality and great value. I visited the location in Plano. They have various brands from Justin to Ariats. A wide selection, so many to choose from! I was like a kid in a candy store. Organized by color and size so it was simple to find what I was looking for. Great customer service from start to finish. First time I went in I bought one pair. 2nd trip I bought 2 pairs and some cute tops, shorts & dresses! I will definitely be back again!
Good customer service. Able to help with deals and sales people were informative. Prices were a but high comparative to the market, but overall sales people were nice and helpful.
I searched Yelp for a western wear store and found this store. I had one young lady helping me from the boot area and she was great! I think they are a little pricey, but they have a good selection of everything western you may need.
