Great customer service. They allowed me to look around at my leisure, at the same time whenever i had a question there was someone right there. they were not intrusive or hovering at all. I ended up buying a Resistol Challenger silver belly hat and got 20$ off too. Anytime i am in the Dallas Fort Worth area Cavender's in plano will be the go to location for my western needs.
Excellent selection of boots and farm/western clothing. Sales staff are attentive and very knowledgable. We are new to Texas and I needed a place to pick up work boots for the farm as well as a pair of boots for the office. I was able to find both at this location along with two pairs of work jeans and a Yeti 30oz coffee mug for much cheaper than they sell online. Awesome place and we'll be back!
I've been to a few boot stores and never had a great experience. I didn't expect much when I walked in. The staff here is very friendly. Delbert helped us out. He was very knowledgeable in boots and the inventory. He gave us time to shop around and was available when we had questions. He was fun to talk to so it made shopping fun. Excellent service! Bought a pair of Ariat boots and a hat to replace my old Stetson. I have in between sized feet and the sales associate was really helpful and super funny! I had a great time shopping and conversing with the employee and he made my shopping experience comfortable. The store is well laid out and there is always an employee ready to help. Great selection of boots, hats, belts, everything Southern. Delbert tends to help us every time we're there and he's awesome. I went in just the other day and Delbert walked right up to us, asked what we were looking for, "boots" I replied. He said he had just the right ones for me. A little skeptical because I don't care for people waiting on me in a store, but he pointed out a pair of boots that were perfect. Literally. Hadn't bought boots in years and Eddie was very helpful and patient! He suggested several styles within my price range and helped me figure out what I wanted. They have a great selection and up to date styles. I definitely recommend checking out their huge inventory.
I've been in Cavenders in Austin, Dallas, San Marcos and this is by far the best stocked and the most helpful. Delbert who I believe is a manager was beyond helpful. I live in Austin but I wait until I'm in Plano to do my western wear shopping.
