Purchased new vehicle, service dept damaged the vehicle during service, they acknowledge responsibility but not willing to resolve. You should give serious though before dealing with this dealership there are better options out there.

Horrible car-buying experience. Horrible trade-in experience. Horrible service experience. Calls were ignored. The service department actually suggested I take my car to another dealership for service. I did & couldn't be happier to never have to step foot in that place again. BTW Ernest Hughes was my sales person who was very helpful when I was thinking about purchasing my car. Once the ink dried, he was nowhere to be found...except for the time my husband and I physically went up there to catch him in his office. Terrible ... read more

RUN! Do not make the same mistake I did. Traded a 2023 Yukon GMC for a 2024 Telluride on 7/24/23 and till today 8/25/23 I have yet top receive the check for the difference of the trade. Unbelievable. Had issues with my new Telluride, service department suggested "I take it to anopther dealership because they are 2 weeks behind". My screen was going black out. I decided to leave it there anyway. The Kia roadside is not what you think as I’m a 69 year old woman and was told I had to pay 400 to have it towed. When I purchased my KIA at the Plano location I was told they do not provide a spare tire and I ordered this vehicle.

Before reading this, yes I am an idiot and didn't advocate for myself. I went in to purchase a vehicle on 6/15/23. I have 0 issue with the sales professional who helped me. I have a major issue with their financing dept. To start with, I accept that I should have pushed back and asked for clarification on everything along the way but I didn't so that is on me. The new sale of the car went great. After that they just crap on you. I even asked them how many times do you crap on your customers expect them to come back and do business with you. These people are terrible. Stay as far away from as you can get.

Long story short - my car has been in the Service Department of Central Kia for approximately 53 days (before that it was at a different Kia dealer for a recall - it needed additional warranty work, and ended up at Central Kia). I bought my used 2021 Kia Sportage on December 28th and have yet to take possession. Worst service EVER. Have our car in service for the second time for manufacture recall. The car is there for the second time because of their failure to service the car correctly the first time it was brought in for recall. Car has been in the service bay for over a week. Cannot get a return phone call from service, customer service or a General Manager for an update. We have left messages numerous times with no response. Bought a car that's been giving me trouble since day one. Took it to the service department, they said it was ok. Drove it 2 weeks, the car stopped on me again . Took it back to their service department. Its been 1 month and a few days now, no one has called me to say anything. Poor customer service indeed!!
