Buyer Beware. Poor Service Center, Bought a used car in 2018. The engine died in 2022. Average service center waits, 3 weeks. Worst car buying experience ever. Sold a car with missing parts. Was given a warranty. Been having issues 2-3 times a year ever since. I have good credit. Their service center treats me poorly, specifically KIRK. I purchased a new 2022 Kia Forte FE from Central Kia of Plano on February 5, 2022. The vehicle was listed as ‘in transit’ so it was purchased based features listed on the website. Online, it was listed as having satellite radio, which was the only feature I considered non-negotiable. I like my SiriusXM. I verified with the sales rep before agreeing to the deal and specified on the finance paperwork that the deal was valid ONLY with the satellite radio feature. Dissatisfied with the after care service after spending 40K have purchased several vehicles from central. I am still waiting for the spare key to my car, since December. Will not return to this dealership.
Yes, I asked for a free tire rotation since I usually get them at Discount tire free. The service agent said ok but then it wasn't done Not only was it not done but your oil changes are so much more than anyplace else. I really don't understand why your customer service is so poor. Im going to be buying a new Kia at lease end in Sept but going to do my business with Roundrock SW Kia from now on. My whole family drive Kia's and I will pass this along to them.
Probably the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Went to dealship in January, just to get an estimate for my 2013 Soul, saw a Kia Seltos and thought that might be an option. We could not drive one, only got to sit in one.as others (3) had been purchased. First, I had one bad experience and wanted to talk to the service manager about it in a friendly way to tell them it left a bad taste. I have tried for three days to contact the service manager and left messages...been transferred to everyone but the manager and left messages. No return, more bad taste. Be careful. They said they rotated our tires and charged us for it but didn’t actually rotate them. Only after us catching it did they rotate them. No apology from the GM or Service Manager, not even a follow up call.
