"Yes, my 1st time using the drop off and putting my key in..." Yes, my 1st time using the drop off and putting my key in drop box the night before as my appt was for 7:00 am next morning. Problems: no official drop off envelopes. Had to make my own. Next no call back in the morning at time of appt stating they received the car and working on it. Had to call multiple times just to get ahold of someone in service to see if car was checked it and also to talk about what needs to be done to car.

The finance manager did not stay on top of things. The consequence was that 2 weeks after taking delivery of the vehicle, they call and tell me I have to sign a new contract, the bank won't fund the contract.
