This place sucks !! I've been through all the doctors there and not one is Capable of doing what I ask for or needs to be taken care of. Countless medication and referrals never filled! Doctors are supposed to help you not hinder you and your health. Please try to find another medical practice that helps.

Dr odo is the worst doctor I ever seen Never recommend anyone to be her patient First of all, they takes about 45 minutes to let you in the room Then, once she sees you she is quick and she tries to make fun at you when you ask questions (I'm not a doctor I have to ask her some questions) but she thinks we have to know everything Last, every one I have seen complaining about the long time they wait over there
COVID testing turn around is taking more than 2 weeks for results . I got tested 7/10 and it 7/22 I had a over the phone appointment and nobody called me at my schedule time . I had to call the office 30 min past my appointment to find out what happen the MA just said I was about to call you and by the way your results aren't back . Results are taking more than 15 days .
Wasted my time needed a CV19 test waited almost an hour just to be told my insurance is not accepted there. I asked if I could pay the fee since I had to take off of work for this still denied very disappointing.
I was refered to this location for CORONAVIRUS testing. They charged me for the test then refused to release my test results unless I paid more money. I would not pay for the results so they withheld my results for days. DON'T GO HERE.
The most horrible place ever when my kids and myself get sick or need to be seen by a doctor I get so stressed about going to the appointment because I know how bad is the waiting their. 0 stars would be too many. I've only been coming to this clinic since February and was originally placed with Dr Olivera whom I can not understand due to his incredibly thick accent. I asked for a translator and was told it wasn't possible. I transferred to Dr Tamara J Tucker Ham and I swear she's only in it for the money. She's harassed me on multiple occasions to have a pap smear done even though I wasn't due and insurance will only cover one per year and she wants me to pay out of pocket. If I could give zero stars I would. Went for what I thought was a follow up appointment for an injury and ended up finding out it was a physical instead. Keep in mind no one has told me it's for a physical. I found out as I was told to lay down on the bed. I asked if I was going to get any updates on my injury because that's what I assumed I was back here for. My first experience with Borrego Health at first was fine but as time went on, less than a year, it got worse. Nurse Practitioner F. Wasimi gave me meds that clashed with it other. From Nov 2017 I was taking this meds. In October 2018 I had a seizure. I was in the hospital and rehabilitation center for a month. She wouldn't address all my questions, but would ask me why I was always early for my visits. I had problems with my feet because of the diabetes.
