Was not repaired correctly. My son got stuck on the road. My husband has to buy a partn for the battery and fix it himself when I paid to have that fix.

Too expensive and they didn't add the fluids I paid for. I checked my car afterwards and it was low on all fluids. I bought the parts i needed myself and had a mechanic install everything for a fraction of the price.

Ordered wrong part then called me to come pick it up didn't tell me it wasn't fixed

It's was Such a great time at Nissan the car sales man was great he Told me that he Would get me in a New Car he did what he say he Would do I am so happy with my Vehicle Thanks you Too all people That help make Truly Appreciate Thank.

I was never called to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived my services and needs were not reviewed with me and the my consultant was gone for the day. My appt was 8 am. He got off at 12. I called for status. The dealership NEVER called me. I am very disappointed.

I bought a brand new Nissan Kicks. After 4 days there was a problem with the breaks and I have to take it to the service department and have it repaired. It took them 6 days before they can repair it. How can a brand new car have problem. I tried calling the office to make a complaint but I was forwarded to voicemail.
