i have took it in many times for the same reasons. never really fixed. and when left without a car for more then 2 days. i'm not given a loaner. i have to bus every where with my two kids under 3 and walk home from work. because i work graveyard and there's no busses at 4 AM.

We Purchased a Nissan Pathfinder Cash Deal Mind you. Still under factory Warranty it was a Gift for our son. 3days in the engine light came on took the Vehicle back it was in the shop for 2 1/2 days. I told them that my Son lives of state and it was a surprise for him so we needed it back ASAP. We drove it for 2 days before he picked it up. We didn't see the Check engine Light anymore. Went to pay and was told 3% would be charge if I used a credit card. I looked around there was no sign behind Edwardo, nothing taped to his computer or on the counter before me. Mr Ortiz then lifted a display that was covering a sheet of paper.The only sign was in SPANISH! I told Edwardo I had no idea what it said and why wasn't their extra fee notice in English. This dealer scamming people, paying for the premium service and they don't even complete what is covered for that services. Two times now they did not rotate my tires when it's was clearly part of the service and I know for a fact cause one wheel has a slow leak and that wheel did not move. Makes me think what else are they skipping out on, TRIE SCAM ARTISTS!

Bad don't recommend the service and the ppl work slow don't like the place

One star, but even that is too much!!! Bunch of crooks. Taking advantage of an elderly lady. My mom walked in there for an oil change and for them to take care of a recall and my mom walked out of there paying almost $1000 because "she needed a new oil pan". Ridiculous crooks! We will not be going back!
