I asked to see the cheapest car and the dealer did not show me the cheapest car. I found out by googling. Also I ended up buying a used car and they said that they would fix the scratches on it and Ive called three times and they keep giving me the runaround.
I took my car because battery wasn't working when the car is brand new .... Battery got replaced than couple days i got the engine light showing on my car.... i had to schedule another appointment and missed work because the mechanic of the dealer forgot to delete the codes that appeared on the car when he replaced the battery .... I lost 1 day of work because they forgot to deleted the codes

Waited 3 months to get the part for the ABS recall, which I understand that's how it is these days. Took my car in, when I got it back the brake went all the way to the floor before the car would stop. Took it back, the advisor told me that's just how it is now, but they would look at it. When he called to say it was done, he said it "was a little better." It really was a huge difference. It felt normal again, did not go all the way to the floor. Terrible. They supposedly checked our electrical system, but voltage meters show otherwise. We still needed service elsewhere. They recommended over $3,000 worth of services we did not need. Luckily we have an ASE certified mechanic on standby who confirmed our control arm was fine and then did our brakes for 25% of the cost Cerritos wanted. Don't waste your time here. It's the worst service department we've ever been to. They are understaffed, over promised other customers who were there wanting to pick up their vehicle. GO... read more
