Horrible customer service. We agreed to a $25,000+ improvement project under their sub brand Champion Windows. Everything seemed fine until delivery and installation when one of three products would not fit. It took 3 calls to this local office and finally 3 times to the national Champions Windows 800 number before we could get any updates of what was going on. I had a sunroom built in 2014- 2015 and it has leaked since day one and they have come out time and time again to apply more chalking and it still continues to leak. I have replaced floor 2 times already due to the leak. On 7/21/2025, we signed a contract with Champion Window Company of **************, to renovate a 14x11 porch to a sunroom. The initial quote was for about $54,000, but this was reduced by 15% due to a coupon we had and an additional 10% because we agreed to be flexible on the starting time for construction. NO,NO,NO!!!!In December 2024, Champion Windows installed two windows and two patio doors. As of late September 2025, the company has yet to rectify the improperly installed patio doors or replace the damaged units, which were initially installed despite their condition, resulting in damage to the exterior trim. Furthermore, when the windows were installed, they concealed existing rot, a condition that was discovered upon inquiry regarding the window's instability. NEVER,NEVER,EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! We had so many issues with them and spent from April through the end of August dealing with them. It ended with Champion having to contract out a construction team that was not their own to come and re-do our sunroom and repair all the mistakes the Champion crew had left us with. When the Champion construction supervisor finally came to see what his crew had done, his exact words were this is totally unacceptable. ***** ****** doesn't know his products. The install guys are awful. The project leads are awful. The product from the factory came scratched 3X. And do not believe ***** when he says "you won't need any customer service, but if you do, contact me and we will get it taken care of". He lies. We had 10 windows replaced. We paid in cash with the salesman stating the first payment was due on signing the contract, the second payment was due when windows were ordered and the third payment was due prior to installation-that left a 10 percent payment left which were were told was due when we were satisfied. The first 3 payments were made on time as requested. We had ordered screens with all 10 windows which were not delivered/installed when windows were installed. Improper Installation resulted in water leakage in the corners of every window. My siding contractor and his crew had to properly seal the windows and replace the damaged plywood before they could begin siding. Pictures and videos were shared with Champion to serve as proof for reimbursement for materials and labor incurred but they denied as they would have had to do the repairs to be covered under the lifetime warranty. We paid cash for some windows in June and we never heard from them so we called them last week and they said they will be on the truck The middle of September which was last week and the windows didnt come so I called this morning which was September the 22nd and they said the windows wasnt on the truck, this is bad service I will recommend your company to no one els
