Customer service was non-existent. It took over 5 months to complete a fairly simple sunroom project (only one wall had to be added). The company never gave me any updates on the status, or an honest answer when I called to inquire about it. There were multiple delays after they told me they were ready to start. I was told someone would arrive that day to begin work, but they didn’t show up, nor did I receive a call to explain the delay. Overall it was a very frustrating experience and I would choose a different company if I... read more

Do not use Champion Windows. Our experience with a $14,000, two-panel patio door purchase has been an absolute nightmare, defined by egregious delays, complete lack of professionalism, and substandard product quality. We placed our order on June 11th. It took four and a half months (until October 27th) to receive just one of the two doors, and the project remains incomplete.Communication is non-existent. The nightmare began in August when the install manager himself noted our initial "rush" order doors were horribly scratched... read more

Extremely disappointed in Champion’s workmanship and quality control. I had 10 windows installed by Champion a few years ago, and I’m now renovating the house. When I removed the weather stripping from just two of those windows, I discovered absolutely no insulation around them. None at all. Last winter, I had to remove the weather stripping on another window, and the problem was the same — large gaps in the foam and clearly no attempt to seal it properly. I have photos showing exactly how poorly these were installed. For a ... read more

I entered into contract with this company in early May. When my order arrived one third of my windows were broken. We're approaching Thanksgiving and I still have broken glass and no replacement. Run! Do not do business with this company!

Do NOT use this company!!! My 94 year old mom had a young punk sales guy come out and he didn't even pitch to her. He acted aggravated when she asked questions. She wouldn't have had to ask had he pitched the product. But because she was ready for windows she signed up and gave a deposit. Shortly after they put my mom on hospice and when they called to schedule to come out and measure I explained this. I reached out to the sales guy atleast a dozen times. I have left 7 messages with the corporate office. My mom passed away. ... read more

My windows were installed by Champion with a lifetime warranty. But when I had need of a repair they wanted a $225 trip fee to show up to handle. They no longer have an office here so now they want to charge this large amount to come here. Its not our fault that they closed up here and I think this is just bad business practice to not stand behind their warranty without this price gouging, Be careful when you read their literature.**** *.

Where do I begin, we ordered windows (4 windows total 1 is our front room bay window) on July 31. Told it would be 10 to 12 weeks ok we got that. We received a call stating our installation date Sept 29. The morning of the 29 we received a call stating our bay window had a crack in it but they were bringing the other three out to be installed. The installer came started the install the windows and realized that they were the wrong size. Now they had been measured 2 different times by two different people. So he leaves and we... read more

I bought my windows to replace the old ones that did not leak / but were outdated. We have installed front of the house first then we did the back windows. I am over the 2yrs for both, but i have leaking windows. One in the front set and one on the back set. I am not getting any calls on them coming out to fix their leaking windows cause i refuse to pay the service fee? Why am i having to pay a service fee on leaking windows that are just under 3 and 4 years old? My old windows that were here from 2000 never leaked??? Not ha... read more

Horrible customer service. We agreed to a $25,000+ improvement project under their sub brand Champion Windows. Everything seemed fine until delivery and installation when one of three products would not fit. It took 3 calls to this local office and finally 3 times to the national Champions Windows 800 number before we could get any updates of what was going on. Now, a project financed on July 11, 2025 is still open and incomplete. The managers Will and the door manager are incompetent and lack any basic customer communicatio... read more
