Beware! This company is awful they yook 11,000 of our money said work would start couple weeks that has been sn on going statement since May!!!!! Its now Sept. they wont return all of it. They want to kerp 30% for restock on item that is an instock as they say item. Fraud we will be seeking legal action

We signed a contract with Champion on August 14, 2020 to have all the windows in our home replaced. Champion sent out the Install Manager to measure the windows in our house on August 19, 2020. There was a question on how they would be installed so we could keep our 2" blinds. The Install Manager told us he had to show pictures and measurements to his Regional Manager. Absolutely horrible company and customer service! Had a technician come out to my house on Tuesday July 21st to fix my siding and window. When he arrived he told us that the siding was on back order and should be in later that week, so he proceeded to fix the window and will call us on Friday to schedule appt. for the siding. Our nightmare began May 4th and continues... Lifetime warranty- we need a replacement window. Have called Champion many times - finally window came in end of July. Waited for someone to call and schedule service... no one called. It took many calls before I got Sally C****** (apparently the only one who schedules). She sets up a date for Monday August 17th. Sally calls the morning of appointment to cancel states no one is available to put replacement in. She calls again on the 21st to set up another appointment for August 26... read more

We signed a contract with Champion Windows for a 3 season room on March 21, 2020 with a proposed start date of mid-May. Now 5 months later, we have no idea if/when this project will be completed. The only time we have heard from Champion about this project and the delays is when we have reached out to them. They have never initiated a contact with us to explain the delays. Champion's customer service line does not work. They don't answer and I can't leave a message. We have paid a huge downpayment for a two part order. We were told it would take approximately 8 weeks for completion. We are 10 weeks out. One part was just installed, but was incorrectly built and a part was wrong. The other (larger part) of the order has not yet been started. I have received a bill, but cannot contact them.

I would not give this company any stars! Windows are getting one star, the company - customer service - is the worst I have ever done business with! Salesman was good, from that point on it has been a total disaster. Told an appt to get windows measured would be made - my wife gets out of the shower to the guy at the door to measure the windows..... contacted the company and basically told "our mistake, sorry".
