I have only had the windows for a short period of time; however, they appear to be of high quality.
I need somebody to come out to look at my window.
My front storm door was not installed properly and I have not been able to get a resolution. In fact it has taken numerous calls to get through to someone to solve the problem.
They need to be a little more hands-on with their subcontractors. They hired a third party company to do the concrete. That messed everything up.
Champion Windows is a very professional company with a strong product, I would recommend a strong understanding and agreement to keep the customer informed as to any delays or changes in schedule. Very pleased with end product and instillation.
The men that came did a pretty good job, electrician was awesome, did not have any problems with the workers.
The crew did a real bad job they had to come back a fix a ton of issues. It not easy getting them do do anything. I don’t recommend them. The crew also spray painted a very mill stone for some reason and so far no has been here to fix it..
