My experience with Champion Windows was terrible in the beginning with the cement workers. Champion sent over to my home, and they damaged my gate, gas line and sprinklers and left trash in the yard. It was thousands of dollar worth of damage, they did pay for the damage. I had no idea they would send unprofessional people to incur damage on my home.
The process AFTER dealing with my salesperson Shane was horrendous. Shane was very good and I would definitely recommend him. Peter avoided all of my calls and simply would not return my calls. We started paying in May and they didn't start until the week of Thanksgiving with zero notice. Someone just walked into our gate and backyard one day and started cutting concrete. I will definitely ensure everyone I come into contact with knows not to do business with Champion of Charlotte.
I would never recommend
I did not appreciate the lack of communication and status updates on the purchase, manufacturing, and installation of my doors that I bought. Customer service was severely lacking. I cannot believe despite the doors being made by the company, service has no ability to know the progress or be able to get updates on the manufacturing of the doors.
I'm still waiting on my picture window . All other windows were installed on 10/7 . I was told I was to be contacted about my picture window and it's 19 days later and nothing . I've called multiple time with no satisfaction .
