They were just late and did not communicate well. Their focus was not on the contract like it should have been. They did a poor job of updating with us.
I was surprised at the length of time to get resolution and a lack of reparations for the additional time and hassle it is costing me for the repairs.
I would not recommend the company at this point. As things stand now, I have some real questions. If they remediate and do things that bring our expectations back up, that may change. However, at this time we have no indication they will do so.
I would with recommend them with a different salesperson's name.
I am ecstatic about my windows.
