Work still not finished. Not good communication or service. Found out through friend not recommended by BBB or Angie's List. LOUSY customer service, get only national call center, ( never, ever local) can probably put in window, but can't build a room......at all. Notice only out 5* mentions on...

Be aware, not BBB accredited. Now know why. Quoted price, never show it up day would be out to start. By the third day, I called them asking what's going on. Said wanted more money before would start! No comment decency to call us to tell us why they would not show up, I had to call them! Bee...

We purchased windows, siding, and gutters on June 9. The windows were installed a few days ago. Every time you talk to someone, there are lies. We are very satisfied with the work, but we are on hold again for the siding and gutters. We don't want to have to pay the interest, if the work is completed and paid for within one year.
