Our history with Champion goes back to April. We have been calling because our order wasn't ordered completely, They said they would be back but they never came back. I received calls from the sales rep and customer service agent, They couldn't do more than emails, The install was great but the way Champion would handle communication was very lacking and it wasn't the 50% upfront, but it was bad communication. The process takes too long. My sales representative did not keep me informed about what was going on. When he got the check, that was the last time I heard from him.

Poor made quality one, improperly measurements so didn't fit properly, work promise at sale was not done. Damage to my window sill on one. Best to get local window company.

Windows installed April 16. Today, June 13, still don't have screens that were promised with the sale.

We were originally pleased with the work Champion did at our house, but have had some difficulty dealing with them since that time.

Was given several conflicting responses in regards to my weekly phone calls inquiring about my installation dates. Appointments were made & cancelled. Managers did not return my phone calls. Still waiting on response from question I phoned in before Christmas. During door installation my trim was cut wrong & patches back in place.
