Our entire experience with Champion Windows was negative, beginning with the salesman all the way throughout the project.
I am very disappointed in the service. The installers were great and all the windows are installed. There was something wrong with the grids, and we have been waiting for that. No one has contacted us, and it has been ten months. The customer service was terrible with this project.
I got charged way too much.
Until I find out whether I received some windows for free from their promotion, I cannot recommend them. I don't know if I was charged for all or not.
