We were not impressed with the installers. One of them never said a word to us and the other was not as friendly as I thought he could be. They left the windows dirty and with sticky residue that they could have removed. Another Champion employee, who I am guessing is a manager, Josh, showed up to our house promptly to evaluate the issues with the windows. It took a long time to get our order. I sent email to customer service at different times, and I had to follow up all the time when they're going to be here, and they were so slow to answer. The corporate in Ohio was great, but I don't know if there was a lack of installers. I even reached out to the salesperson that came to our house, and I had done a report back to champion.
