We had Champion Windows come in as a contractor to estimate our replacements. We saw the advertisement on TV and called them. Geoff came out and was very courteous and knowledgeable. They did a complete and great job on the windows, siding, and the deck. It was done in a timely manner and they did a great job.
The windows seem to be very airtight. I have noticed a difference this summer, having all the new windows in place. They help to keep the house cooler. I will have to see how they affect my heating bill this winter.
I was really pleased with the windows. I never had anything that worked so well. The workmanship is wonderful. The installers and salesman were very knowledgeable. We are really happy with them.

When I called Champion Windows they were very prompt in coming to my home. The windows were ordered in a timely manner. I appreciate the time they spent with me, and I am satisfied with the product.
I'm not satisfied with the time it has taken to complete my patio room. They did let me know last week that they would come out as soon as the part came in, but I haven't heard anything about when the part is coming for sure. Until they are finished, it is hard for me to answer how I like it.
