I feel like there was a lack of communication. The guy that came to do. Her windows worked very hard, but they was not informed that two of the windows was rotted and need to have wood replaced and secondly, there was a hot tub and they was supposed to brought something to put over the hot tub to keep from standing on it, but likely we had plywood and because they didn’t have wood for the windows. My sales person is not very responsive after the sale. One of the windows is not the same as the others

The quality of windows is not really good. There are sharp edges on the window handles, black greasy spots on the frames scratches in the frames and other issues with the manufacturing that are less than top notch. The installation was pretty good and the price seems really good. There are just some things that seem like they could be better.

Windows are great but not happy with installation. I wasn’t told that shade brackets needed to be removed. After the installers left I went into the room and was surprised to find a pile of screws and brackets on the floor. I had to hire a handyman to install the brackets

We had Champion windows installed at our last home. The installation had included a metal tape of some sort which I didn’t see this time. The windows last time weren’t so dirty. The outside frames were painted and the paint that leaked under tape around the glass was not scraped off before installation. I hope we won’t have any water issues in the future in

I purchased and had 17 windows installed. Two of them were incorrectly ordered/measured. I told them not to install them. They were told to install them anyway. I was told to sign the completion form and the two windows would still be replaced at no cost. I received a call from Champion that I need to pay for the two windows to be replaced. I would never recommend this company.

I was laid to be the sales person off the bat which pressured us into ordering doors day off because of what we were told lengthy time lines for ordering only to get called less then half the time told to be installed. Door was measured incorrectly to add on which means we are missing a storm door for unknown period of time.
