Although the windows are in, and probably don't leak, I don't think the team was prepared to deal with the attic windows. The current business practice is horrible. You may sell the windows but you sub out everything else.
Champion Windows of Portland customer service interactions and communication were not good. Employees were very disrespectful and dismissive.
There has been no follow-up. The job was not completed. The company is difficult to contact, and I did not receive what I expected.
I have been very disappointed in the entire process with Champion. I ordered windows in September and on 3/11/2022 I got my last door installed and still as of today, 3/21/22, I still have no screens for any of my windows. Windows are useless if you can't open them! When Joe Burnett came to measure my windows and door he stepped on a solar light I had and broke it. Mr. Burnett did not say anything about breaking the light, maybe he didn't know. They measured the slider door wrong when they first tried to put it in. It was 1 1/2" too short on the width. They said they had the right one at the shop, but it was 1 1/2" too small on the height, so we had to wait another month to six weeks to get the right one in. When they were finishing up, I had to leave to get my sister from the hospital. The door didn't shut the correct way; it hits the frame. It is still not fixed.
